"Wonderful Place to Stay"
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. It is quite new, modern and very clean. Our room, with 2 queen size beds, was a good size and came with a small fridge and microwave, which is good when you have children. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast room was clean and modern. It had a nice selection of breakfast items and drinks. There are lots of restaurants, fast food places, grocery stores nearby and a Tim Horton's basically outside the door. The front desk clerks were polite and helpful. We have stayed in many hotels before. This is definitely the nicest Best Western we have stayed at. - travelvetern, Burnaby

"Nice Rooms & Good Breakfast Make For Great Value"
We needed a comfortable hotel in Westbank so we could make an early start towards Vancouver. This was a great choice as our guestrooms were really wonderful, both in terms of decor & amenities and the view over the golf course. The staff were friendly and the breakfast room was a nice place to linger over a good cup of coffee. Parking & access were a breeze. This is a fairly new hotel and didn't appear too busy when we stayed there. It has an indoor pool, which might be popular with young families. "An Indoor Water Slide!"
Brand new hotel with an indoor water slide, wish I had brought a bathing suit myself! Nicely appointed with modern features. Overlooked the golf course and a winery in the distance. A nice grouping of eateries was within walking distance. We negotiated a lower cost when our card was accidentally charged for another's room. They took responsibility and acted well. "Well Worth the Stay"
Nice new hotel, front desk clerk went out of her way to accommodate my needs here and I was most impressed with the room, the cleanliness and the coolness of the hotel in the heat. The pool was very nice as well as the water slides and it was well kept. There is a free breakfast including waffles. Definitely we will be back here again- rickster0728, Vernon, BC
