This hotel is brand new. The washrooms were modern. The facilities are clean and well maintained. the only downfall is that it was a drive from Kelowna. However, it was very close to the wineries like Mission Hill, Quail's Nest, volcanic ash, etc... Also, lots of food choices. Behind the hotel was a nice restaurant called nineteen - I highly recommend it!

I have stayed here several times since it opened, both on business and leisure.
The rooms are large and airy with tasteful decor. Ask for a room overlooking the golf course and you are rewarded with a balcony from which you can see Mission Hill and the surrounding country side.
The beds are just right - not too hard, not too soft and have duvets with crips white sheets and fluffy pillows. The furniture is all dark wood and every room has a large TV. The bathrooms are large and clean with an abundance of hot water and baths nice enough to actually bathe in.
Wireless internet is included in the price and works in each room I have stayed in. The breakfast buffet includes waffles, toast, fruit, cereal yoghurt... so you can be as healthy or otherwise as you desire. 19 restaurant at the golf club is great for a treat, or the pub across the car park for appys and drinks.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is right

I would like to thank the whole staff for making our stay so comfortable and homey. Lincoln, Neil and Brandy were fantastic and very friendly! Any questions we have or in need of anything, they helped us right away and catered to our needs ~ no questions ask. Service, & attitude as such, makes us feel right at home. I would also like to extend my thank you to the person who prepped and have breakfast ready for us every morning ~ it's not easy when 3 hockey teams (boys, age ranging from 15 - 18) are staying there at the same time. Also, I'd like to thank "Sam", who cleaned our room daily, hockey equipment smell and all.
Keep up the good work and we'll be back again for sure.... (Please note, we stayed at your venue last year attending the same hockey tournament)!!
