Hotel Policies
Upon reservation we recommend familiarizing yourself with all of our property policies:
- Our property is 100% smoke free. If tobacco or cannabis use is discovered on property, a corresponding smoking charge of $300 will be applied to the reservation.
- Pet rooms have been assigned to our lower two floors, in the event a pet is brought into a pet free room with notification, there will be additional cleaning fees applied to the reservation.
- We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all reservations, this includes changes to the arrival date as well. If cancellation or changes are performed within 48 hours of arrival, a fee of one night room and tax will be charged.
- Our no-show policy is put into effect at 2.00AM the evening of arrival, in the event you cannot make it to the property before 2.00AM, please contact our Guest Service Agents to guarantee the room and avoid a one night no-show fee.
